Free 7 chakras test: how it works

It's 13 quick questions about where your body tends to hold tension, how your sleep is, your emotions and your decisions. At the end, you see bars for all 7 centers and which one needs the most attention right now, with a 3-minute breathing practice and the sacred geometry and crystal linked to that center in the tradition.

The test is a self-awareness tool inspired by the yoga chakra system. It doesn't measure energy or diagnose anything: it organizes what you notice in your body and daily life, so you know where to start taking care of yourself.

The 7 chakras of the body and what each one represents

    • Root (Mūlādhāra) — Red, base of the spine, legs and feet. In the tradition, linked to safety, grounding, belonging.
    • Sacral (Svādhiṣṭhāna) — Orange, below the navel, hips. In the tradition, linked to flowing emotions, pleasure, creativity.
    • Solar Plexus (Maṇipūra) — Yellow, upper belly. In the tradition, linked to will, courage, decision.
    • Heart (Anāhata) — Green, center of the chest. In the tradition, linked to love, gratitude, forgiveness.
    • Throat (Viśuddha) — Blue, throat, neck and jaw. In the tradition, linked to truth, expression, voice.
    • Third Eye (Ājñā) — Indigo, between the eyebrows. In the tradition, linked to clarity, intuition, focus.
    • Crown (Sahasrāra) — Violet, top of the head. In the tradition, linked to meaning, connection, integration.

Misaligned chakra: what tends to show up

In the language of the tradition, a center "needs attention" when its theme shows up more strongly: insecurity and tiredness at the root, stuck emotions at the sacral, lack of drive at the solar plexus, hurt at the heart, trouble expressing yourself at the throat, a foggy mind at the third eye and a sense of disconnection at the crown. These are images to guide your practice, not medical symptoms.

How to balance your chakras at home

The simplest way is to combine three things: slow breathing (exhale longer than inhale), attention on the area of the body linked to the center and the image of its color. The Inner Rainbow program does this in 7 days, one center a day, with guided meditations of about 20 minutes. There's a 60-second sample on the program page.

    FAQ

    Is the chakra test free?

Yes. You answer the questions and see your result with bars for all 7 centers without paying anything. To get the full map, just leave your email.

How long does the test take?

    About 2 minutes. It's 13 one-tap questions.

    What are the 7 chakras?

Root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown. Each one has a color, an element and an area of the body in the tradition.

How do I know which chakra is blocked?

In the tradition, you look at which theme shows up most strongly in your daily life: safety, emotions, will, affection, expression, clarity or connection. The test organizes those perceptions and shows the center that needs the most attention right now.

Does the test replace a health professional?

No. It's a self-awareness and relaxation practice. If you have persistent physical pain or emotional distress, see a health professional.

How do I align my chakras?

With regular slow breathing, body awareness and visualizing the color of each center. Inner Rainbow guides you through it in 7 days, one at a time.
