1. What Clooxy is

Clooxy is an app of guided meditations and breathing exercises (breathwork), organized into programs of a few days. It’s a relaxation and well-being practice. It isn’t therapy, it isn’t medical or psychological care, it doesn’t diagnose anything and it doesn’t replace support from a health professional.

2. Account

To listen to the sessions you create an account with your email or your Google account. You’re responsible for keeping access to your account. The account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Access to programs

Each program has a public 60-second sample. Sessions unlock when you buy the program (lifetime access to the program, one day at a time, on the program’s schedule) or with the All-Access Plan (access to every program while the plan is active). Buying a program includes a 7-day bonus with the first day of the other programs and the Library. Payments are processed by Hotmart. The price is shown at checkout.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase by writing to witleypaulo@gmail.com. Each All-Access Plan payment unlocks 31 days of access; if you have it as a subscription, you can cancel anytime.

5. Acceptable use

The audio is protected by copyright and is for personal use. Copying, redistributing, reselling or publishing the audio or texts is not allowed.

6. Safety

Always listen lying down or sitting, never while driving or operating machinery. Breathe at a comfortable pace. If you’re pregnant or have epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart or breathing problems, or a history of panic attacks, talk to a professional before doing breathing exercises.

7. Limitation of liability

Clooxy is provided as is. We don’t guarantee specific results. Practicing is your choice and your responsibility.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Brasília, DF.
