Heart coherence
Your heart falls into the rhythm of your breath and your body begins to feel heavy.
Guided sleep meditations
Guided meditations for bedtime. 20 to 25 minutes, lying in the dark, and the sound keeps the rhythm for you.

Who it's for
The method
Three stages, always in the same order, like a staircase from the day down into sleep.
Already lying down, lights off, phone away from your face.
How it works
Each night opens at 8 PM, after the previous one. You don't decide anything, just press play. After the 3 nights, repeat the ones that suit you best and continue with Sleep Programming: the full ritual is 30 nights.
Your heart falls into the rhythm of your breath and your body begins to feel heavy.
Slow waves of breath and the sound of water to let go of what is left of the day.
A journey through the body and a silence that stretches into sleep.
Why it works in the body
When your exhale is longer than your inhale, your body understands it can slow down. The vagus nerve kicks in, your heart rate eases, your shoulders drop and your jaw loosens. It's the body's natural brake, and the sound keeps that rhythm for you.
At this pace, about 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out, your heart rate starts rising and falling with your breath, in phase. It's called heart coherence: calm with clarity, without that switched-off feeling.
Same time, same position, the same sound. Repeated night after night, the ritual becomes an anchor: your body recognizes the signal and starts switching off sooner.

Recommended, not required. With headphones you hear the layers of sound and the breathing rhythm in more detail. Without them, it works at low volume.
Go ahead and sleep: that's the point. The audio ends on its own, with no noise at the end. The night counts when you listen to at least half.
One meditation a night, lying down, at bedtime. Each night runs 17 to 26 minutes.
No. One night at a time: the next one opens at 8 PM, after you finish the previous one. It's on purpose: the body learns the way through repetition.
Yes. On iPhone, open it in Safari and sign in with your email; after you press play, you can lock the screen. It also works on Android and on a computer, with the same email.
No. Not while driving or doing anything that needs your attention: the practice relaxes you and can make you sleepy. Listen lying down or sitting, somewhere safe.
Lie down, press play and let the sound keep the rhythm for you.
Note: the meditations don't replace medical care. If you take sleep medication, keep following your doctor's advice and don't change anything on your own. Use headphones. Listen lying down or sitting, never while driving or operating machinery. Breathe at a comfortable pace; if you feel dizzy, go back to breathing normally. If you're pregnant or have epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart or breathing problems or a history of panic attacks, talk to a professional first.
