Inner Rainbow
7 days, 7 colors, 7 deep meditations
Seven days, seven colors, seven centers of the body. A program to travel through your inner rainbow, from earth to sky: each day, one center, one element, one breath and a deep meditation of about 22 minutes.
In the yoga tradition, the body has seven energy centers, and each one is linked to a color, an element and a syllable. Here they come in as image and symbol: you breathe to the rhythm of the day, picture the color in that part of your body, hear the instruments of the element and let the voice guide you.
Start with Day 1 and go one day at a time: the practice works best in sequence, lying down, with headphones, at a time when no one will call you.
