Privacy policy

This policy applies to the en.clooxy.com.br website and to the Clooxy Android app (br.com.clooxy.app), which opens the same service. Data controller: WA Intermediação de Negócios Digitais Ltda (CNPJ 40.108.397/0001-54). Contact: witleypaulo@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you create an account: email, name and, if you sign in with Google, your profile photo. When you practice: which sessions you listened to, for how long, how you felt before and after (if you tell us) and any notes you write. When you buy: the order record and the payment ID at Hotmart. We don’t store card data.

Biofeedback (heart rate)

If you use the Regulate now feature, the app measures your heart rate with your phone’s camera (with the flashlight) or with a Bluetooth heart rate strap or watch you choose to connect. Camera images are processed only on your device and are never recorded or sent. We store only the results in your account (average heart rate, variability, coherence score, duration) and the intervals between beats, to build your progress chart. This data isn’t used for diagnosis, isn’t shared with third parties and isn’t used for advertising. You can download or delete it anytime.

Ratings and check-ins

From time to time the app asks how your week went (stress, sleep, energy), how you’d rate a session or whether you’d recommend Clooxy. Answering is optional. Answers stay in your account and, in aggregate, help us improve the app.

Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager) to understand visits and campaigns, using browsing data and cookies. We don’t send them your practice, mood or heart rate data.

Why

To unlock your access, show your progress, send the daily reminder (only if you turn it on) and improve the service. Legal basis: performance of the contract and consent.

Who we share with

With the server where the site is hosted, with Hotmart (payments) and with the email delivery service. We never sell data.

How long

As long as your account exists. You can delete your account anytime in Profile → Delete account, and your practice data, measurements and ratings are deleted with it (see also how to delete your account). Payment records are kept for the legally required period.
