How to delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your Clooxy account (en.clooxy.com.br website and the Clooxy Android app, by WA Intermediação de Negócios Digitais Ltda) and all the data linked to it.

From the app or the website

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Tap Profile (bottom menu).
3. At the bottom of the page, tap Delete account and confirm.

Without access to the app

Write to witleypaulo@gmail.com with the subject “Delete Clooxy account”, from your registered email. We delete it within 15 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Account (name, email, photo), practice history, mood, notes, biofeedback heart rate measurements and ratings. What stays: payment records, for the period required by (tax) law, with no link to your practice history.
